Named after the city she landed in, Roswell crashed-landed on Earth in 1947, where she was separated from her twin, her ship, and communications to her homeworld. She escaped the facility she was held by changing her appearance to an officer guarding her holding cell.

After finding her twin sister, Genevieve, the two began traveling the planet under various forms and new names in hopes of finding a quiet part of the world to call home.
